4-H Camp Susan has 1,000 acres of wilderness with several small lakes and hiking trails. There are unlimited opportunities for environmental education (nature studies including natural wetlands), wildlife spotting (deer, squirrels, birds, and an occasional bear), and recreation (hiking, fishing, canoeing, and swimming). The Langlade County 4-H Leaders Association manages Camp Susan.
In the heat of July our County youth enjoy fun, educational activities at Camp Susan. We hold a day camp for community members, grade K-6th grade youth explore nature, crafts, swimming and team building.
Our 4-H members enjoy a week long camp of themed days, educational activities, and exciting opportunities to expand on leadership and communication.
Community Day Camp is available for youth ages K-6th in Langlade and surrounding counties. This is a one day camp, we provide transportation from the Langlade Co. Fairgrounds to Camp Susan and back. If you have further questions please give us a call at 715-627-6236.
